Disclosures

Every commercial relationship, named.

FTC 16 CFR Part 255 requires that material commercial relationships between a publisher and a reviewed product be clearly disclosed. This page is the consolidated view; individual reviews carry inline disclosures wherever a relationship applies. The methodology behind ranking and editorial independence is on /editorial-policy/.

Ownership disclosures (83 Apps LLC)

cs2apps.com is operated by 83 Apps LLC. The following directory listings are products built by 83 Apps:

None at this time. When 83 Apps ships a product into the directory, its entry will be flagged with a “Built by 83 Apps” badge on every surface.

Affiliate disclosures

We earn a commission when a reader clicks one of our outbound buttons and signs up or trades on the destination site. Affiliate links route through /go/<slug> and use rel="sponsored nofollow noopener" — Google’s required attribute for paid links.

No affiliate relationships are active at this time. When the first one goes live, the relationship and the program’s commission structure will appear here.

Sponsored placements

cs2apps.com sells a small number of explicitly-labelled sponsor slots. Sponsorships never affect editorial ranking on /best/ or in tool reviews. Active sponsors are visible site-wide via the “Sponsored” label that renders on their slot. See /advertise/ for inventory and rates.

No sponsored placements are active at this time.

Reader data

cs2apps.com is a static site. We don’t require accounts and don’t store reader-identifying information server-side. Favorites are stored in your browser’s localStorage; clearing them removes them entirely. Outbound clicks may be logged in aggregate (no PII) for affiliate reconciliation; if and when that starts, this section will say so explicitly.
