Why C is the best play
1v3 with full time means you control tempo. Picking the bomb up and finding a delayed unconventional plant (T-ramp, mid-window box, etc.) splits their hold and forces them to defuse with rotators arriving late. A direct push (a/b) is a 3-on-1 fight at their setup.
